Hitler resumed his leadership
of
the German National Socialist party after emerging from the Landsberg
jail
in which he had been held for nine months.That
sentence came
after
his unsuccessful November 1923 putsch in Bavaria, when he and
his
followers fought with police.He
also dictated his autobiographical
"Mein
